Welcome to JQ! By using our Video Services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions Usage
JustQuran.com aims to offer a new route by which to share Quran related videos/material to Muslims and non-Muslims all over the world. We welcome people from all creeds and colours, perspectives and opinions to come to JustQuran.com to inquire and learn about the Quran in its truthfulness.
By offering this service we hope to make clear many of the misconceptions about the Quran which has become widespread amongst both the Muslims and Non-Muslims. We wish to highlight at this point, so that there is no mistake that JustQuran.com in no way supports terrorism, racism, nationalism or any other inequality-propagating-ism, as this goes against the teaching of Islaam.

We ask for you all to have respect towards one another and not to abuse the site. Every feature on JustQuran.com involves a certain level of trust. We trust you to be responsible, and millions of users respect that trust, so please be one of them.
We Review Videos Flagged As Inappropriate
When a video gets flagged as inappropriate, they are not automatically taken down by the system, we will then review the video to determine whether it violates our "Terms of Use".
We Need Your Support
We are human and by being so can make mistakes, so it very important that you support us, as we need your help to keep this website in accordance to the Quraan and Sunnah. So if you find any video on JustQuran.com with inappropriate content, copyright or any other violations please "flag" them so we can review and remove them ASAP! We value and welcome your comments and suggestions, Contact Us.
Don't Cross the Line!
At our website we pledge to follow the Quraan and Sunnah of our Beloved Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alayhi wasallam. We wish to uphold firm Islamic principles on this site, in order for us all to gain the blessings of Allah subhaanahu wa ta ala. As we know for any deed to be accepted by Allah it must meet two conditions:
(1) It must be done sincerely for His sake, and (2) It must be done the way He (Allah) and His Prophet Muhammad (sa) legislated.
So below are the website guidelines, rules and conditions that you must agree to before uploading any video that will help us steer clear of trouble:
1. First and foremost, everything must be strictly upon the Book of Allah (The Quraan) and The Authentic Sunnah of our Prophet Muhammad (sa), we will not accept any material that promotes any bidaa (innovation) or the likes. Read more
2. We do not allow music videos on this website. Read more.
3. No videos displaying close-up images of women,or women dressed un-Islamically. Watch.
4. No videos with women reciting the Qur'aan in such a way that their voice is beautified/meledious
5. Lectures must be in the English language, unless supported by English subtitles.
6. Respect copyright - No illegal or copyrighted material allowed, as this is stealing. Only upload videos that you made or that you have obtained the rights to use. This means don't upload videos you didn't make, or use content in your videos that someone else owns the copyright to. If in doubt, simply seek permission from the author, this is the responsibility of the user to agree their video is not under copyright. If you find copyrighted material distributed on the website, please report it to us by using the "Flag" feature, mentioning your identity and the reason behind your report. Once we are made aware of copyrighted videos on our website that have not been given permission they will be removed straight away. Also, if there is a video that belongs to you which has copyright please contact us and we will happily take it off.
7. English to be used in the comments section.
8. No competitor tracker advertising allowed.
9. No aggressive behaviour or flaming in the comments
10. No trashing of other peoples videos in the comments (i.e. SPAM).
11. No foul language will be tolerated.
12. No scholar bashing, No arguing or debating. If one has an Islamic issue/or concern regarding our webiste/ or videos, it must be discussed with respect, dignity, wisdom and manners. We at JustQuran.com will resolve the matter by turning to the Quran and the Sunnah as our sources of guidance; and to the people of knowledge. Once clear authentic evidence has been provided - the discussion will be closed.
13. And finally, all videos must be in relation to the Qur'aan, as we are JustQuran.com !
If your video has not been listed, made private or deleted this means it did not meet the website requirements.
If you wish for your private videos to be made public, simply Email Us and we will do that for you.
Guidelines on how to interact with other Users and use our Services
All users are advised to take on appropriate user names, if we find an inappropriate one, we will change it.
Users must not abuse the ‘send a message ’ feature, i.e. by using it to chit chat with the opposite gender, flirting, idle talk, backbite, slander, gossip, debate, argue, stalk, harass etc.
Users are asked to refrain from getting personal and asking age, sex, location questions or the likes. Users are asked to refrain from using smile expressions such as :) or ;) and LOL, haha, hehe and such things – this is with the opposite gender, BUT as some usernames are unclear if male or female, it is best to refrain from it all together, to protect ourselves from getting into a situation which is displeasing to Allah.
Most importantly, act according to how you would act in real life with people, and the opposite gender. Islaam has clearly outlined to us the guidelines of adaab, modesty, manners and respect etc - which are for our own safety, and to protect our religion and honour. So fear Allah, and remember Allah is watching over everything we do.
JustQuran.com is NOT intended to provide its members with means to further their friendships outside the pages of this website. Our website is and will remain a friendly and clean environment for Muslims to make friendships online within the pages of JustQuran.com. Furthermore, JustQuran.com does not condone, recommend or approve friendships made on this website to grow into personal meetings, instant messaging, phone calls, or any other type of communications outside the pages of this website. If this policy is ignored, JustQuran.com or any of its representatives cannot be held responsible for any harms or losses caused. Members found to be violating these policies could be permanently banned from accessing this website.

JustQuran.com, may not be permitted within the profile or as an acceptable
use of the personal home page link or as profile content. JustQuran.com is

by the staff to cause sectarian hostility will be removed without notice.
7. As a member of JustQuran.com - you
might receive regular email updates and will be contacted by other system
members seeking to work with you, and you will receive occasional emails from
the JustQuran.com. As new features or member programs and promotions are
developed and launched you will be informed via the postings to the site and
also by email. We endeavour to limit email contact as much as possible from
the system administrators.
8. This User Agreement and any disputes arising out of or related to the
Service and the Sites shall be governed by, and construed and enforced in
accordance with, the laws of the City of Espoo, Finland and/or the European

profile, any of these rules and any other part of this website/database as
deemed necessary by our staff members and without notice. Profiles/Accounts
should meet JustQuran.com standards and any profile/account deemed otherwise
will be disabled and/or deleted immediately and without notice.
11. JustQuran.com is NOT a dating service and any such activities will not
be tolerated. Any person using JustQuran.com against this policy or for the
sole purpose of communicating with members of the opposite sex will be permanently banned. Furthermore, JustQuran.com has a 100% no-spam
policy. Members caught spamming will be permanently banned.
12. JustQuran.com is a friendly community that does not tolerate any type of
hateful, aggressive, violent, hostile, flirtatious or otherwise irritating
behaviour between its members. Any actions/posts on the comments section
deemed inappropriate or un-Islamic by the staff will result in immediate and permanent termination of the account. Spamming the comments
section is not allowed.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties JustQuran.com is not responsible for any
incorrect or inaccurate Content posted on the Website or in connection with
the Services provided, whether caused by Users of the Services or by any of
the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Services.
